A. Report from Operations & Maintenance Contractor:
1. Problems encountered in the systems/operations/maintenance.
2. Discuss easements status/possible need for repair or maintenance.
3. Update on checking inactive accounts/ meter boxes without meters.
B. Report from Engineer Contractor
1. Texas Water Development Board water line project updates.
C. Report from Office Manager:
1. Status of office operations.
2. Adjustments/corrections to the records.
3. Billing adjustments.
4. Discuss current Drought Stage and possible changes.
5. Meter project updates.
6. Replat Requests.
5. Approval of Board for minutes of June 19th, 2024 regularly scheduled meeting, to be signed by secretary.
6. Review and Acceptance of financial report.
7. Discuss and approve budget changes.
8. Approve payment of current bills as presented.
9. Action items:
a. Discuss additional projects or upgrades to consider for the district.
b. Discuss the use of the engineer checking available tap lines in the future.
c. Discuss the assignment of board members to oversee district projects.
d. Discuss reduction of office cash box.
e. Discuss implementation of office management policies into district SOP.
f. Review upcoming annual contract renewal for Concho Rural Water Corporation.
g. Conduct annual employment review for Office Manager Allison Frisbie. Discuss issue of incorrect pay
rate and board approval of incorrect minutes last year showing clerical error of pay rate.
