Bill Payment Options

Red Creek Municipal Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

**All payments must be made by 6pm to be considered a "same day" payment. To avoid service interruption, please make a payment by 6pm on the 25th of each month**

***Beginning January 1, 2023, customers will be charged a convenience fee for credit/debit card payments. Fees are: $2.50 per transaction for amounts $85.00 or less; 2.95% per transaction for amounts $85.01 and above.***

Payment Online

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online.  You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill ticket. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Payment by Phone


By calling our office number, you can pay your bill over the phone with your credit/debit card. This payment option is only available during business hours.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit/debit cards. If you wish to drop off payment after business hours, please leave your payment along with your bill ticket in our designated drop box. IMPORTANT: Payments in cash, check, or money order that have no indication of the account holder's name or account number CANNOT be accepted and your payment will not be processed until identification is verified.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
