  6. Problems encountered in the systems/operations/maintenance; update on meter box leak (Valley Dr) and flush valve leak (Rust/Valley) repair status discussed at July meeting.
  7. Issues/preventative measures regarding weather related causes.
  8. Discuss easements status/possible need for repair or maintenance.
  9. Update on locating inactive accounts/ meter boxes without meters.
  10. Report from Engineer Contractor
  11. Texas Water Development Board bond application and other updates.
  12. Report from Office Manager:
  13. Status of office operations.
  14. Adjustments/corrections to the records.
  15. Billing adjustments.
  16. Discuss current Drought Stage and possible changes.
  17. Approval of Board for meeting minutes of July 16, 2019 regularly scheduled meeting, to be signed by Secretary.
  18. Review and Acceptance of financial report.
  19. Discuss and approve budget changes.
  20. Approve payment of current bills as presented.
  21. Action items:
  22. Review unpaid closed accounts; discuss methods of obtaining payment (small claims, lien, collection agency), approve collection methods if applicable.
  23. Update to water theft case (8534 Rust Rd. Tract 113RC) presented by Kimberly Francis.
  24. Discuss possible changes to office security (both records and personnel).
  25. Review and discuss contract renewal with Concho Rural Water Corporation (Renews August 30th annually).
  26. Discuss possible partial sponsorship of Austin TCEQ conference for Ben Wiese (CRWC).
